Why am I seeing this message?
We are Ryan Berke and Renee Galliher, faculty members at Utah State University.  We would like to invite you to participate in a research study designed to explore the educational and identity development experiences of LGBTQ+ college students.  We are both allies and are committed to supporting diversity in university settings.  The goal of our research is to better understand the career development experiences of LGBQ+ students in engineering disciplines.  We invite you to participate in our study if you are over age 18 and majoring in any engineering field.
 
What would I have to do?
Your participation would involve completing phone or online one-on-one interview (approximately 1 hour) to discuss your experiences as an LGBTQ+ student in engineering.
 
What is in it for me?
You will be given a $15 online gift card in exchange for completing the interview.  In addition, you may request a summary of the study results by email.
